Welcome to our blog!


Do you ever feel like you have so much going through your mind—plans, excitement, responsibilities, goals, or even doubt—that the only way you can make sense of things is to either talk to your best friend or write them down?  If you do, then grab a cup of coffee or tea or a glass of wine, get comfy, and join in the conversation as two friends, who have only been physically in the same space together twice in their ten years of friendship, talk about their love for running, share their progress in regard to their physical, mental, and emotional health, provide you with their favorite recipes that aid in fueling their fitness goals, and share stories on all things in between.

Wait. Back up. Did she just say that she has only hung out with her best friend twice??


Yes, it is true, and we promise we are working hard to increase that number, especially if it means one day we can cross a finish line together. We may live on opposite coasts, but together we are logging miles and chasing dreams.  Welcome to the one space we get to share together with readers who can relate to our struggles, celebrate with our accomplishments, and laugh with us as we try to figure things out one mile at a time.
